A free DFM review helps customers understand manufacturability risk before committing to injection mold tooling. It is useful for new projects, cost-down projects and part designs that need production feedback.

Customers can prepare 3D files, 2D drawings, material requirements, annual quantity, surface finish requirements and any assembly or testing standards. More complete input allows a more accurate review.

The review can cover part structure, tooling feasibility, obvious molding risk, material notes and initial suggestions for improvement. After that, the team can move into quote, mold design or deeper technical discussion.
