The first mold trial is not the end of a project. It is the starting point for checking whether tooling, material and process settings can support repeatable injection molding production.
After T1 trial, the team should review part dimensions, cosmetic defects, flash, short shots, sink marks, weld lines, assembly fit, process window and cooling performance. Inspection records and sample feedback should be connected to clear corrective actions.
Before mass production, Tec-Shine focuses on stable parameters, inspection standards and communication with the customer. This helps reduce late surprises and supports reliable shipment planning.
A controlled T1-to-production workflow also makes it easier to track design changes, mold corrections and approval samples, especially for export projects with long-distance communication.
Share CAD files, material, volume and timing. Tec-Shine will review manufacturability and quotation direction.
