Tec-Shine supports custom injection-molded parts from process review and mold trial through production and secondary operations. Before production, the team reviews resin requirements, part geometry, appearance zones, critical dimensions, assembly interfaces, expected volume and validation needs. Process setup and inspection are then aligned with the approved drawing and current CAD revision.
Support may include material and color coordination, insert molding, assembly, surface or printing operations, packaging and shipment planning when they are part of the confirmed project scope. Machine selection, tooling setup and process parameters are determined from the actual part and mold requirements.
