This policy explains how Shenzhen Tec-Shine Technology Co., Ltd. handles website inquiries, contact details, project files and analytics data.

What We Collect and Why
We collect only information needed to operate the site, answer an inquiry, review manufacturability, prepare a quotation or deliver an agreed project.
Project and CAD data
Part information, drawings, 3D CAD, resin, volume, timing, tolerances and files you are authorized to share. Used only for review, quotation, technical follow-up and agreed project work.
Technical and source data
IP address, browser, device, requested page, referrer and UTM source may be recorded for security, diagnostics and inquiry attribution.
Analytics by consent
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after analytics consent. It helps us understand aggregate page use and conversion paths. You may change consent through Cookie Settings.
Purpose and lawful basis
Processing is based on your request before a contract, performance of an agreed project, our legitimate interest in site security and service improvement, consent for optional analytics, or legal obligations.
No sale of personal data
Tec-Shine does not sell personal data. We do not use uploaded CAD files as a public gallery or for unrelated marketing.
Retention, Deletion and Sharing
Retention period
New-inquiry data and uploaded CAD files are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive project contact. Active quotations or projects may be kept longer while needed. Contract, accounting or legally required records follow the applicable obligation.
Correction or deletion
Email sales@tec-shine.com with your name, company and request ID. We will verify the requester and then correct, export or delete eligible data, subject to active contract, security and legal requirements.
Service providers and transfer
Data may be processed by website hosting, business email, security and consented analytics providers only as needed to provide those services. International visitors should understand that inquiry and project data is transferred to and handled in China.
