    Requirements

    1. High school education or above. Proficient English reading and writing is preferred.
    2. At least three years of plastic mould project follow-up experience; familiarity with mould development, trial verification, modification assessment and acceptance.
    3. Able to assess mould problems independently, propose modifications, coordinate across departments and solve problems.
    4. Careful and responsible, with strong schedule and quality awareness and the ability to handle reasonable project pressure.
  • Quotation Engineer

    Responsibilities

    1. Review customer enquiries and 2D/3D drawings; assess plastic mould structure, manufacturing processes and lead time.
    2. Calculate full mould costs, including steel, mould bases, standard parts, CNC, EDM, bench work, subcontracting and trials; prepare quotations and cost analyses.
    3. Support technical discussions and price negotiations with sales and customers, identify quotation risks and propose DFM cost improvements.
    4. Maintain quotation records and archive drawings and quotations; update cost data for steel, machining time and subcontracting.
    5. Review processes and costs with purchasing, mould engineering and production teams, and take part in new-project reviews.

    Requirements

    1. At least two years of plastic mould quotation experience and familiarity with precision injection mould manufacturing.
    2. Able to read UG/CAD drawings and familiar with mould steels and the calculation of machining time.
    3. Strong Excel costing skills, attention to detail and awareness of commercial confidentiality.
    4. Quotation experience with appliance, automotive or power-tool moulds is preferred.
  • Mould Measurement Inspector

    Responsibilities

    1. Understand basic plastic mould structures and moulding principles; use calipers, micrometers and height gauges proficiently.
    2. Read 2D plastic-part drawings, measure dimensions against drawings, identify appearance defects and make basic quality judgements.
    3. Work carefully and responsibly and follow workshop assignments.

    Work

    1. Inspect the dimensions, accuracy and surface roughness of mould components such as cores, slides and ejector pins against 2D engineering drawings.
  • EDM Technician

    Requirements

    1. Practical experience with Mildick EDM equipment in a plastic mould factory is preferred; familiarity with Mildick and Dimon controls, parameters and handsets, and ability to run a machine independently.
    2. Understand plastic mould structures and EDM of cavities, cores, ribs, thin ribs, sharp corners, deep grooves and relief areas; control surface finish for mirror, fine and coarse textures.
    3. Read machining drawings independently, centre and indicate workpieces, touch off and establish datums; adjust EDM parameters to material, depth and geometry to meet accuracy requirements and limit rework.
    4. Understand copper electrode preparation, clearance, allowances and rough/finish passes; identify risks of collision, scrap and dimensional deviation.
    5. Work carefully, follow workshop assignments, support urgent orders, and care for equipment and consumables.
    6. In good health, able to work two shifts, without detrimental habits, and seeking stable long-term work; prior EDM experience in a mould factory is preferred.

    Work

    1. Perform EDM on plastic mould cavities, slides, inserts, ejector-pin areas, ribs and corners according to drawings and process sheets.
    2. Read 2D structure drawings, datums and spark gaps; set rough and finish parameters to meet finish, fit and dimensional requirements.
    3. Clamp, centre and indicate workpieces; set tools and datums; install and align copper electrodes and follow the specified process to avoid collisions and incorrect cuts.
    4. Check dimensions, appearance, spark texture and corners during machining; stop and report abnormalities and coordinate adjustments with fitters and programmers.
    5. Maintain the machine through cleaning, oil changes, filter cleaning and orderly placement of electrodes and workpieces.
    6. Complete production reports and machining records, follow daily tasks and support urgent production needs.
    7. Follow workshop safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
  • Mould QC Inspector

    Responsibilities

    1. Inspect incoming mould bases and standard parts, including ejector pins, water and oil fittings and limit switches, for appearance, dimensions and specifications against drawings and inspection standards.
    2. Fully inspect returned subcontracted components from EDM, CNC, wire cutting, heat treatment and texturing for accuracy, appearance and defects.
    3. Record, identify and isolate nonconforming or incorrectly machined parts; promptly report them and follow rework or repair.
    4. Complete incoming-inspection reports and quality records so inspection data remain traceable.
    5. Help resolve mould-machining quality issues and reduce problems at later trial stages.
    6. Support routine quality control, sampling and re-inspection and follow departmental assignments.

    Requirements

    1. Plastic mould inspection experience and familiarity with mould structures, bases, standard parts and CNC, EDM, wire cutting, heat treatment and texturing.
    2. Able to read 2D mould drawings and use calipers, micrometers and height gauges.
    3. Familiar with incoming and subcontracted-part inspection and able to judge conformity independently.
    4. Careful, principled and communicative, with a strong quality focus.
    5. Prior QC experience in a mould factory is preferred.
