NDA and Confidential CAD File Handling
Use this page before sharing sensitive product drawings, 3D CAD or supplier-transfer information with Tec-Shine.
Do not upload confidential files until your NDA requirement is resolved.
If your company requires a signed mutual NDA, email the legal entity name, signatory details and requested NDA format before using the upload form.
Before You Upload
A short confirmation step prevents delays and helps the project team apply the correct confidentiality requirements.
Confirm authorization
Only share files you own or are authorized to provide for engineering review and quotation.
Upload after agreement
Keep the request ID from the confirmation email and use it for additions, access questions or deletion requests.
How The Quote Upload Is Handled
The upload workflow is designed for practical project review. It is not a public product gallery or general file-sharing service.
Secure transport and validation
- The form uses HTTPS.
- Allowed engineering and reference formats are checked.
- Executable and active-content uploads are rejected.
Randomized request folder
Each accepted submission receives a unique request ID, randomized stored filenames and a non-browsable request folder. File links are included in the project notification sent to the Tec-Shine team.
Purpose of use
Submitted files and project details are intended for manufacturability review, mold or molding quotation, technical follow-up and agreed project work.
Deletion and updates
Email sales@tec-shine.com with the request ID to correct project details or request deletion. Tec-Shine will confirm the applicable action based on active project and legal requirements.
Upload limits
Up to 10 files, 60 MB per file and 120 MB per request. Ask for a transfer method before sending a larger package.
Do not include
Do not upload passwords, payment-card data, personal identity documents or third-party confidential information you are not authorized to share.
