Shenzhen Tec-shine Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2005. We are offering our customer one stop service for plastic part which includes moldflow, part design, mold design, mod manufacture, injection molding, secondary operation and part delivery. Meanwhile we also offer sub-assembly and die casting tool which adapts to customers needs. We focus on the analysis of the molding process and formulate corresponding alternative suggestions to meet the high requirements of customers in optimizing mold cooling and to consider the long life requirements of the mold. Our production equipment

Our company has high speed CNC machines, enabling us to achieve precise machining of our products. We also have equipment such as spark machines, wire cutters and grinding machines. To ensure the quality of our products, we have also applied 3D detectors, height gauges and material detectors so that we can verify the materials we use and make sure they are the right material for each project. We can quickly get measurements from a coordinate measuring machine (CMM).
